From the living room a door leads to the bedroom equipped with a wardrobe.

Furthermore, the hallway leads to a bathroom with a bathtub and bidet and a separate toilet.

The location has great transport accessibility to the centre. By tram or metro (Metro A - Strasnicka 3 min walk). Many cafes, restaurants, small shops, as well as the nearby Eden shopping center provide convenience of everyday life. Popular farmers' markets are regularly held in the nearby squares - nám. Jiřího z Poděbrad, nám. Míru, Kubánské nám. etc.
