Properties in Dejvice

Dejvice is a prestigious residential locality situated in the Prague 6 district. We can describe this urban district as attractive not only due to its distance to the centre of the metropolis, excellent transport connections (metro, trams, buses, including suburban ones) and the many places for cultural activities it offers, but also due to the proximity of parks located in close proximity – for example Stromovka or Šárecké údolí. Culture lovers will also enjoy Dejvice thanks to the theatres adapted for the youngest (Spejbl and Hurvínek Theatre) and adult audiences (Dejvice Theatre). A relatively well-known building in Dejvice is the Hotel Internacionál, built in the style of socialist realism. It is still a rather controversial building, but it dominates its surroundings.
