What I love about real estate

Especially the fact that you meet new people every day, the work is not monotonous, my job brings me to interesting places every day, where I can see Prague in particular from different angles that I have not known before. I am interested in architecture, the internal layout of buildings and history. Each business case for sale or lease is unique and behind each one are the stories of individual people. My goal is to guide them through the entire process smoothly and safely and to be their support. Above all, however, I enjoy working at Philip & Frank where I am surrounded by interesting and inspiring people who I can turn to at any time

What do I do in my spare time?

In my spare time I like to spend time with my daughter, look after my horse, play beach volleyball or just wander in the countryside - especially in the mountains. In this job, as in others, you have to find a work-life balance.

My biggest real estate success?

I think any real estate business where clients are satisfied is a success. Over the years, I don't even want to rank which real estate transaction was the biggest. I'm in regular contact with my clients and I like long-term cooperation. Clients with whom I have done more than five transactions over the years are no exception. It makes me happy to see my clients happy in their properties, starting families and wouldn't change locations, or just happy with their tenants in their investment property that generates income for them. Many times I have had tenants become buyers of a particular property.
I don't want to measure success here by the value of money, that's not what it's about. I have met countless interesting people through my work. My specialty is modern new buildings, so I can single out sales in these projects, for example, a 6-bedroom apartment. I also like to work with smaller developers to whom we sell their projects. However, real estate is primarily about the place in which it is located, so even properties before renovation that have been given a new lease of life by new owners can subsequently be a pearl to their surroundings. I'm happy about that too.
