What I love about real estate

What I love most about real estate is the design and overall look. Modern homes and contemporary interiors are particularly appealing to me as I appreciate clean lines, functionality and elegant aesthetics.

In addition to the aesthetic aspect, I am also interested in the financial aspect of real estate. As a student of finance, I follow with great interest the development of property prices on the market, its valuation and the factors that affect its market price, such as location, condition and amenities. For me, this field represents a combination of my passion for design with analytical thinking and interest in investing.

What do I do in my spare time?

In my spare time I try to lead an active life. I regularly go to the gym for strength training. In addition, I like to play social sports such as netball or baseball. Friends are also an important part of my life and I like to spend time with them in various social activities. I like to have a drink or a beer with them.
