This was a real gem – the sale of a stone house with a beautiful garden surrounded by a marl wall. The house is adjacent to a forest and lies on an educational trail in the Perucko area in the beautiful countryside of the Louny region. The sellers enjoyed it during their retirement and decided to pass it on. It was built in 1740, and it's as if time has stood still here. We started the sale a little unusually in the fall, and I will never forget the taste of the delicious apples from the garden and the unique strudel that the lady knew how to bake in a wood-fired oven.

To this day, I greatly appreciate the opportunity to sell this villa designed by a renowned Czech architect. It was a multi-generational building with great versatility in an amazing location in the city, yet close to the forest, in Prague 4.
