An indisputable advantage of owning a suite in the mountains is the opportunity to spend your free time in an active way without having to put a lot of effort into taking care of the property or an adjacent garden. Moreover, it is also possible – often thanks to remote access – to rent out the suite temporarily, when the owner is not using it, so as to get part of the invested money back. Also, the prices of suites in the mountains have been rising, so it is an investment that increases in value in the long term. The current prices per square meter often reach almost the same level as those in the biggest Czech cities.

Are mountain suites worth investing in?

Naturally, it depends on the character of the project, the layout of the suite, the option of “controlling” the suite through remote access, the services provided by the project to the suite owners and, probably most importantly, on the location.
