Global real estate leaders head to Prague: LeadingRE Global Symposium in Czechia for the first time

From October 7 to 9, 2025, the Czech capital will become the center of the global real estate world. Leaders and experts from around the world will gather in Prague for the LeadingRE Global Symposium 2025, which will be held in the Czech Republic for the first time this year. More than 160 professionals from 30 countries are expected to attend to discuss global trends, digitalization, and new approaches to real estate market management.
The symposium follows on from previous years in Dubai and Budapest, offering a unique platform for the exchange of experiences and inspiration. The program will feature internationally renowned speakers such as Marci Rossell, a renowned economist and former CNBC presenter, Adam Challis, a global expert on data and real estate trend analysis from JLL, and Michael Saunders, founder and CEO of the prestigious American real estate company Michael Saunders & Company. Filip Šejvl, managing partner of the Philip & Frank real estate agency, which is a member of LeadingRE and is involved in organizing the Prague meeting, and Jan Kasl, president of the Czech Chamber of Architects, will also be in attendance.

The symposium will feature lectures and panel discussions on topics such as global economic trends, digitization and technology, changes in client preferences, and sustainability. The program will also include an exclusive property tour of Prague and a gala evening.
The Prague symposium will offer a unique space for open debate on how the global real estate business is coping with the rapid changes of recent years. Among other things, the discussion will focus on the impact of geopolitics on investment, the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in everyday practice, and how to respond to clients' growing emphasis on sustainability and quality of life.
