On entering the apartment we find ourselves in a large hall from which there is an entrance to most of the rooms of the apartment. The hall includes a spacious dressing room with a large shoe closet. South facing is the kitchen, which has modern bespoke units with solid wood worktops and is fully equipped with all appliances. The kitchen opens onto a balcony. A glass door opens from the kitchen to the adjoining living room with a comfortable and large sofa and furniture. On the opposite, north side of the apartment, there are two bedrooms with separate entrances. One of the bedrooms has a small closet and a large double bed and has carpet on the floor. The second bedroom is also furnished and can serve as a children's room or possibly a study. Opposite the main entrance we see a trio of doors, behind which we find a bathroom with a bath and washing machine, a separate toilet and the aforementioned large storage room. The apartment has original refinished wooden floors. Heating is provided by the house's own boiler. The rental includes a cellar and the possibility of using the garden.

Near the house there are all amenities - primary school, Vinohradská hospital, OC Flora, cafes, restaurants, interesting shops and design shops such as Modernista. The accessibility to the centre is also excellent. Metro station Flora and Želivského within 10 minutes, tram to the center 3 minutes from the house.

Monthly rent is 35.000 crowns. Charges and utilities are 2.000 crowns per person and include water and sewerage, heating and hot water, waste removal, cleaning and lighting of common areas and elevator. Electricity is not included in the pricing and is transferred to the tenant.
