The delivery includes first-class Hansgrohe bathroom fixtures, an elegant SanSwiss shower screen, a washbasin countertop, and 60 × 60 cm EBS Mito tiles. The interior is complemented by 2.1 m high flush doors, and the roof terrace features wooden flooring with a pergola, creating a pleasant atmosphere and a natural feel.

Construction schedule
Construction began in September 2025 and the apartments are scheduled to be handed over at the end of 2026.

Financing
You can already choose your dream apartment. The reservation fee is CZK 200,000, followed by 20% of the purchase price within 60 days. The remaining balance of the purchase price is paid after the project has been approved.
