Construction schedule
Construction began in September 2025 and the handover of the houses is planned for June 2026.

Financing
You can already choose your dream townhouse. The reservation fee is CZK 200,000, followed by 20% of the purchase price within 60 days. The remaining balance of the purchase price is paid after the occupancy permit.
